A project "Connecting with the Community" has just been completed and the Community premises will be rededicated on Friday 10 September 2010 at 10am.
This project had refurbished and updated all our seven community rooms making them safe, comfortable available to everyone. At present there is the following:
- Age Concern Day Centre 3 days a week 10am - 4pm
- Step by Step Dance Group on Monday 4pm - 9pm
- St John's Ambulance Group on Wednesday 6pm - 8pm
- Carolyn's Tappers Group Thursday 7pm - 9pm
- Age Concen "Active for Life" programme 1st Friday in the Month a "Drop in and advice centre" 10am - 11am
The Church now has a "Wet Room" and a "Shower Room" available for assisted bathing for elderly and people with disabilities.
